The overall layout of the machine tool adopts vertical layout, the headstock spindle is fixed on the machine tool to drive the workpiece to rotate, the column is a fixed beam, fixed on the machine tool surface, and all of them adopt box structure to ensure sufficient rigidity and vibration resistance.
Frequency conversion drive
The main drive of the machine is driven by a 3kW frequency conversion motor to drive the reducer, which is directly connected to the headstock spindle to drive the rotation, the headstock spindle adopts a multi-group bearing structure with high rigidity and high rotary accuracy, the main motor is infinitely adjustable by the frequency converter, which enables the spindle to obtain the highest speed of 120r/min under the main frequency of 50HZ, the rotating parts are all dynamically balanced, which makes the transmission efficiency high and the rotation smooth.
Electric grinding wheel spindle
The grinding wheel spindle is driven by electric motor, with high precision, good rigidity, high processing efficiency and long service life.
Semi-closed protection
The sheet metal structure of the machine tool is semi-closed, and there are protective covers for X and Z axis movement.
