Dual-station separation
Two crystal trays are arranged on the rotary table, and the processing station and loading/unloading station are separated by table rotating.
High rigidity structure
The main support of cutting wire adopts high rigidity structure, equipped with two main motor drives, which greatly improves the stability of processing.
Servo-driven stability
The column slide is servo-driven to achieve up and down movement, and the guide wheel bracket is rigid, firm and reliable, reducing the risk of wire breakage.
Optimised wire management
The wire management system is mature and stable, and the take-up and pay-off wheel adopts disc springs on the outside of the wire cylinder to tighten it with a certain degree of strength.
Good concentricity
The take-up and pay-off reel adopts a conical positioning sleeve, which ensures good concentricity between the reel and the take-up and pay-off spools when they are loaded to the maximum extent.
Cutting efficiency
Small spacing between the axes of the equipment, fast cutting speed, high processing efficiency and low wire breakage rate.
