Project Description
Linton CNC has been settled in Xishan since November 2019. After just four years of development, it has two provincial-level research and development platforms, namely, "Jiangsu Province Semiconductor High end Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Jiangsu Province Academician Workstation", and has been constantly deepening its layout. It has invested in atomic layer deposition equipment company Aihua Semiconductor and semiconductor crystal material processing equipment company Lianqiang Intelligent, a cleaning equipment company, and Laplacian, a leading photovoltaic coating equipment company that has entered the IPO stage, strongly promoted the formation, development and expansion of the industrial chain.
The signing of the third-generation semiconductor equipment R & D and manufacturing and headquarters base project, with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, the planning of land 100 acres, the construction of semiconductor silicon wafer long crystal and processing equipment, silicon carbide long crystal and processing equipment, R & D and production and manufacturing base.
The main body of the project, Linko Advanced Technologies Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in June 2023, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, the third generation of semiconductor silicon carbide synthesis furnace with a leading domestic market share, silicon carbide long crystal furnace with a leading domestic market share.
